CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

SYENERGY ENVIRONICS LTD. believes in helping its customers in the best way possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
    • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
    • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
    • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the SYENERGY ENVIRONICS LTD. marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
      Refund/ replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
    • In case of receipt of damaged or defective products, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 21 days of receipt of the products.
    • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will look into the complaint and accordingly take appropriate decision
Refund Policy:
In case, you are not satisfied with the product, the possible resolution is either a replacement of the product or a full refund, provided you write to us and let us know within 30 days of the purchase.

  • If you are not satisfied with the product due to a defect in the manufacturing, packaging, shipping and handling issue, we would request you to write to us and we would replace your product.
  • If you are not satisfied with the product due to any other reasons, we request you to write to us stating your reason for dissatisfaction. We will try to resolve your concerns within 7 working days. If the same is not resolved to your satisfaction still, we will offer you a full refund of the money paid by you for the purchase of the product.
  • To get a refund from us, you would need to provide us with a valid copy of the Bill. In case, you have purchased the product from a company authorized retailer or a reseller, you would need to provide us with the bill indicating the price which you have paid to purchase the product.
  • The shipping charges incurred for sending the goods to us for a replacement or a refund will have to be borne by the customer.
